Best Left Forgotton is an Canadian band from North Bay,Ontario formed in 2006. Founded by guitarist/vocalist Zack Pellerin and drummer Kevan Roy following Pellerin's departure from Breath Of Silence, the band has since released  two EPs. and 4 LPS. As a underground metalcore band of the Canadian underground  metal movement, Best Left Forgotton rose to fame in the 2007 by winning the underground metal band of the year and was ranked as one of the top metalcore bands.

Best Left Forgotton has experienced numerous line-up changes, due partly to the band's notorious substance abuse problems. From 2006 to present Roy and Pellerin are the only continuous members of the band. After finding sobriety and securing a stable line-up, Best Left Forgotton  went on to releasing their second LP.

Best Left Forgotton disbanded in 2008 after Pellerin suffered a severe nerve injury to his left arm. However, following extensive physical therapy, Pellerin reformed the band in 2009 and released Senses, followed by Broken Hearts in 2010.

In the band's 4 active years, Best Left Forgotton has had 10 official members, with Pellerin and Roy remaining as the driving force and main songwriters. Best Left Forgotton is known for its distinctive instrumental style, often featuring dense, intricate passages and trade off guitar solos. As well as recurring lyrical themes including politics, war, addiction, personal relationships and religious themes.
